Synopsis

The stage is set at a long-established spring inn in Saga Prefecture, where a mother and her two beautiful daughters work as attendants. Now, the curtain rises on a brand-new tale from the powerhouse duo behind a massive hit series: Kinugasa and Tomose. “In other words, four days from now... I, Ryōya Kurose, will voluntarily bring my twisted life to an end.” Recently returned from China, Ryōya Kurose is a young man harboring a deep-seated wish to die. He has chosen his deadline: August 16th, the anniversary of his mother's passing. His journey leads him to the renowned waters of Ureshino Onsen. However, with every inn fully booked, he wanders the streets in search of a room until a sudden wave of dizziness brings him to his knees. His savior comes in the form of a local high school girl named Kanae. By a twist of fate, Ryōya finds himself taking brief refuge at her family's establishment, the Hisago Inn. But his actions soon draw the unwanted attention of a local yakuza named Setoguma. The situation spirals in an entirely unexpected direction as Ryōya finds himself pursuing the mystery of a murder that occurred here four years ago!?
