“Forget all the complicated explanation. The bottom line is we just have to win this class-versus-class survival game, right?”
The final summer of the third year had arrived, and with it, this year’s Uninhabited Island Exam: a full-scale survival game fought between the classes using paintball guns.
The battlefield was an area divided into a 15x15 grid. Students were to navigate its terrain, scavenging for the food and ammunition that would periodically appear while hunting down students from rival classes. The first class to be completely eliminated would be forced to expel their own student(s), making a carefully balanced strategy of offense and defense absolutely crucial.
Adding to it, one student in each class held the role of 'Commander,' granting them access to a GPS map of all participants. With positions displayed in class-specific colors and updated every five minutes, coordinated group action becomes essential for survival.
“We've got their leader in our crosshairs... What's your move, Ayanokōji?”
“I know... We're supposed to have the lead, yet this is still terrifying.”
“Ayanokōji-kun won't lose. No... I won't let him lose.”
The final curtain was about to fall on the four-day, three-night Uninhabited Island Special Exam. how will it all end—!?
